Honda FCEV Concept Unveiled

The Honda FCEV Concept was unveiled recently at the Los Angeles Motor Show.

This is Honda’s next-generation fuel cell-electric vehicle, which is launching in 2015. The FCEV runs on hydrogen gas and oxygen – which an on-board fuel cell stack converts into electricity. The only emission is water-vapour. Click here to read more about the technology.

Jazz Winner Announced

Honda is pleased to announce the results of our Win a Jazz Competition.

The winner is Mr Martin Brevoort of Christchurch.

Mr Brevoort’s name was drawn from the 10,172 Test Drives taken in one of our Jazz models between the 1st May and 31st October 2013.

He will be visiting Honda Cars Christchurch to look over the range and make his choice of Jazz model.

Honda Unveils the NSX CONCEPT-GT

TOKYO, Japan, August 16, 2013 – Honda has unveiled the NSX CONCEPT-GT, a racing machine designated for entry in the GT500 class of the 2014 SUPER GT Series* Round 5 “2013 AUTOBACS SUPER GT” at Suzuka Circuit.

The NSX CONCEPT-GT is a dedicated racing vehicle based on the NSX Concept, the next-generation super sports model that made its world debut in January 2012 at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit, Michigan, USA.

This vehicle complies with the 2014 regulations on GT500 vehicles prescribed by the Japan Automobile Federation. Along with a mid-mounted 2.0 L inline direct-injection 4-cylinder turbo engine, the vehicle is equipped with a racing hybrid system.

Prior to today’s debut of the NSX CONCEPT-GT, American Honda Motor Co., Inc. showcased the running of a prototype NSX at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on August 4, the final day of “the Honda Indy 200 at Mid-Ohio”, which serves as Round 14 of the IndyCar Series.

Euro Civic Winner Announced!

Honda is pleased to announce the results of our Win a Euro Civic Competition.The winner is Mr Kelvin Duncan from Lyttelton.

Mr Duncan has been a long-time Honda customer, currently driving a 2005 Civic Hatch.
